Steam Room: Our complimentary steam room holds up to three people at a time. If desired, we automatically schedule you into the steam for 10 to 15 minutes before your treatment. If you are a guest at the hotel we can also arrange for you to enjoy an extended “steam only” when the steam room is available.

Deep Tissue Massage: Firmer pressure is applied to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and to release built-up toxins. This modality is recommended for chronically tight muscles or postural problems.

Integrative Massage: Using a combination of Swedish Relaxation and therapeutic Deep Tissue techniques, our skilled therapists will create a massage specific to your body’s needs. You will experience the perfect balance of relaxation and tension release.

Hot Stone Massage: Feel your stress melt away with the heat of basalt stones applied with gentle pressure in a full body massage. Hot stone massage is good for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.

Expectant Mother Massage: A treatment specially designed to ease the many physical discomforts and reduce the mental stresses related to pregnancy. Mother and baby must be in good health and close to their 2nd trimester.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum and the underlying structures. This treatment employs a very light touch and uses specifically designed techniques to release restrictions and compression in these areas.

Reflexology: Specific pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond to organs and systems in the body are stimulated to promote balance and energy flow.

Wellness Retreats

Experience our new three-night, four-day retreats – a guided, individualized program that includes gourmet cuisine by renowned Chef Matt Costello and choice of three healing treatments from our new ila line of products. Spa Director Marilyn Strong will work with you to develop a custom itinerary that utilizes the island’s natural resources and healing experts. Your experience might include a forest or beach walk, yoga classes, and a private consultation with one of South Whidbey’s local artists, healers or teachers in the areas of meditation, nutritional counseling or Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Offered Mondays through Thursdays now through June 2013, rates for the Wellness Retreats begin at $1200 for single occupancy and $2200 for double occupancy and includes your accommodation, three gourmet lunches, three breakfasts, choice of three ila spa treatments, yoga classes and your private consultation.
