The Inn at Langley's Restaurant
dining at its finest
The restaurant at The Inn at Langley, under the creative eye of Northwest award-winning Chef Matt Costello, is a gem of the Inn. This Whidbey Island restaurant overlooks a fabulous herb garden and features a double-sided river rock fireplace. The open kitchen allows you to marvel at Chef Costello's finesse as he prepares a multi-course dinner, featuring Whidbey Island's freshest seasonal fare. You may complement this culinary dynamic by the Inn's extensive wine collection. Dinner is served every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night year-round and Thursday through Sunday nights during the summer months of July-August. There is one seating per night (in other words everyone is seated at the same time.) Dinner begins at 7pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, 6pm on Sundays and at 7pm on Thursday’s in the summer. You will enjoy dinner for approximately 3 hours.
The cost of dinner is $130.00 per person. (Rate increasing to $145.00 per person after July 1st 2015.) This includes sparkling wine on arrival and all non-alcoholic beverages. Wine, tax and a 19% service charge are additional. We offer a short or full wine pairing to accompany your dinner. The price point on these vary depending on the wines chosen for the dinner on the evening you join us. You can also choose a bottle of wine from the cellar if you prefer.
An evening with Chef Costello guarantees the quintessential Island experience. Menu items change seasonally but may include Penn Cove mussels, locally foraged mushrooms, troll-caught salmon and produce plucked from local farmers’ markets. Costello will explain that keeping local adds the "flavor of culture" on South Whidbey. "It’s not just dried flowers and art; people are growing phenomenal food here."
